| Mr. Clausi is well-known to Canada's capital markets. He is a lawyer, and is currently the President of Maplegrow Capital, a Canadian financial services provider. He has been in-house counsel to a Limited Market Dealer and to a Mortgage Broker, and has also performed Investment Banking services for an IDA member firm. Mr. Clausi has advised or raised capital (debt and equity) for companies (both public and private) in diverse sectors including technology, oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, consumer goods, food processing, engineering and financial services. Mr. Clausi is a frequent speaker at post-secondary institutions in southern Ontario, including the University of Toronto, the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, and the Law Society of Upper Canada. He has been a repeat guest on RoBTV and co-founded an Ontario mutual fund. Mr. Clausi's investment sector knowledge and legal background brings great value to the Merge organization as an Advisory Board Member. |

Michael Kennedy brings over 30 years of executive experience to Merge Inc.’s Advisory Board. Mr. Kennedy is presently General Manager, Canada for RSA Security Inc., a leading computer security company that develops and markets security solutions to major corporate and government organizations worldwide. Prior to his current position, Michael served as President for several high tech companies, including a Toronto-based security software developer and a Canadian subsidiary of a U.S.-based multinational technology manufacturer. In addition Mr. Kennedy sits on several boards including serving as Chairman for the Program Advisory Committee to Sheridan College’s Bachelor of Applied Information Sciences program. Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and experience specifically related to successfully growing software developer organizations into profitable sales and marketing focused companies with a worldwide reach. |

| In this role, Mr. Zankowicz will provide his past business knowledge and experience in software, corporate communications, and investor relations to assist in the rapid growth of the company. Among Josef’s business successes, he helped establish Route1 in 2004 and was instrumental in raising over $13 million (CAD). As the company’s VP Marketing and Communications, Josef was responsible for branding, positioning, product management, publicity, and investor relations. Currently, Josef is Managing Director of JT Associates, a boutique consultancy providing financial, business, and market development advice to startups and established technology companies including Apple, ATI, Dupont, Luxell, Certicom, BorderWare, Qnext, Procyon Biopharma, iseemedia, MapleWorks and STRIKE. |
