Topic:  All Things to All Users? Best Practices for a Successful Portal Implementation.

Portals are the new solution for a wide breadth of issues from document management to corporate communication. Early adopters are leveraging portals and realizing increased communication and better access to shared and corporate documents.  This panel discussion will attempt to answer several fundamental questions. What are the portal frameworks on the market today? What is hype and what is reality regarding portals' functionality and best practices? The session focuses on selecting the most appropriate tools, approaches, and practices to ensure a successful implementation.

“The reality is portals are becoming a necessity rather than a luxury. Companies in all industries are rapidly adopting this technology to improve communication and turn real-time data into actionable decisions. Being able to leverage real-time analytics in the decision-making process is a key success factor in this space” said Glen Allison, Global Vice President, MERGE Solutions.

Glen offers his expertise and experience in solving these success factors.  “Given our company’s success and knowledge in this field, MERGE offers our clients a competitive advantage. Defining and managing your organization’s key performance indicators (KPI’s) ultimately drives ROI.”
