TORONTO, Ontario – May 10th 2007- MERGE Solutions announced the appointment of Terry Frey as Director of Business Development, effective immediately. In this role, Mr. Frey will assist in leading MERGE’s penetration into its core markets, including pharmaceutical, insurance, technology, financial services, manufacturing and retail.

Mr. Frey is an accomplished sales executive, with over 15 years experience at many leading technology companies. He began his career at Digital Equipment of Canada where he spent 9 years in Sales and Management and achieved many accomplishments, measurable by aggressive growth and gains in market share. Terry had a continued successful career in sales management at Oracle and Netscape through hyper-growth phases. Then, as Vice President of Sales for ONX.com, Descartes Systems Group, and Activplant Corporation (all technology solution companies), he achieved considerable success in year over year revenue growth of over 50%. Over the past 4 years, Mr. Frey has directly assisted organizations such as EDS, Sun Microsystems, and SeeBeyond Corp. in meeting and exceeding their revenue goals.
He is a graduate of Queens School of Business and Wilfrid Laurier University.
