TORONTO, Ontario – May 3rd 2007- MERGE Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph Puopolo as Manager of Marketing, effective immediately. In this role, Mr. Puopolo will be leading MERGE’s marketing department and developing marketing strategy for the company.

Joseph has assisted other companies in transforming their marketing strategy, with over 10 years experience in the technology industry. He began his career as a consultant, providing different companies with marketing approaches tailored to their organization and market. Joseph has been a valuable asset at PROPHIX Inc., where he helped transform the marketing approach to a web centric model, and drastically improve lead generation and lead management. At Oracle he worked as business development consultant to develop new markets and multi-million dollar opportunities. Mr. Puopolo has directly assisted organizations such as Second Foundation, Metafore, and Planning & Engineering initiatives Ltd.
He holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, specializing in marketing.
