Ian has been with Merge Inc. since its inception. As President of Merge, Ian oversees all aspects of the business. Prior to founding Merge, Ian held various sales and management positions with Motorola, and OnX Enterprise Solutions. An accomplished senior management / sales executive with superior sales and entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Ross has a demonstrated track record to aggressively grow new business revenue and profits.

Prior to joining Merge, Mr. Frimer was part of the Executive Committee and North American Management Board for a global Human Resources and Human Capital Management Company with over 250 offices in 13 different countries - Drake International Group of Companies. Mr. Frimer was also past Vice President and Director of a BCE satellite services and distribution company called TMI Communications. Previous to that he held many senior management positions in companies such as Motorola Canada. His leadership and expertise in the North American marketplace brings an enormous value add to Merge Inc.

Alaric is responsible for all customer support and project management activities. Prior to joining Merge, Alaric was a partner and co-founder of Antimatter Productions, managing all daily aspects of customer interaction and communications.
